Peace Tax Fund Lobby Day Set for May

The National Campaign for a Peace Tax Fund (NCPTF) is campaigning for the right of conscientious objectors to pay their full federal taxes without paying for the military. The Center on Conscience and War (CCW) is working for the repeal or deep stand-by of draft registration. Members and supporters of both organizations will participate in a joint lobby day on Wed., May 16.

"This President and Congress have indicated that they strongly support matters of faith," said J.E. McNeil, Executive Director of CCW. "Both of these bills deal with matters of faith which have been long neglected by Congress."
