Letters to the Editor

I have a Say No to War With Iraq sign in my yard. That large NO summarizes my opposition to this injustice; still, there is a great, large YES! bursting forth from me:
I say YES! to affordable housing. I say YES! to a fair, livable minimum wage. I say YES! to basic public investment in sustainable growth and energy supplies. I say YES! to clean air, water, food. I say YES! to health care for all. I say YES! to a peaceful, nonviolent domestic policy that abolishes the death penalty, and YES! to a peaceful, nonviolent foreign policy that puts life and justice for all above narrow national interests.
