Neighborhood crime report

In an effort to keep the community informed of what’s happening within its borders the Southside Pride will now be publishing the Minneapolis Police Department’s official reported crime statistics within the Phillips Powderhorn Neighborhood. The following crime report is for the month of March:

The Phillips neighborhood reported 81 cases of larceny, 38 cases of auto theft, 32 burglaries, 23 robberies, 17 cases of aggravated assault, 3 cases of rape, 2 cases of arson and 1 case of homicide.

The Corcoran neighborhood reported 18 cases of larceny, 6 cases of auto theft, 5 burglaries, 3 robberies and 2 cases of aggravated assault.
The Bancroft neighborhood reported 7 cases of larceny, 5 burglaries, 2 cases of auto theft and 1 robbery.

The Bryant neighborhood reported 5 cases of larceny, 3 cases of auto theft, 2 robberies, 2 burglaries, 2 cases of arson and 1 case of aggravated assault.
