Cub Scouts collect record breaking 650 pounds

Local Cub Scouts collect record breaking 650 pounds in food for charity.
Cub Scout Pack 120 is involved in a lot of projects—from competing in classic pinewood derbies, camping out every winter, working on media projects—but none is as rewarding as the "Scouting for Food" project in which they dropped off hundreds of bags at hundreds of homes on Sunday , May 1, collecting a record breaking 650 pounds of food for Sabathani Food Shelf."It was a lot of fun," said seven-year old Pack member Isaac Winnes, "It was like a really huge treasure hunt."
