The trouble at Tillie's Bean

Tillie's Bean coffee shop, at 38th Street and 28th Avenue, offers superior coffee and fantastic homemade food. It's also family owned and operated.
They make you feel you're part of their family every time you walk through their doors. Tillie's Bean is named after the owners’ little daughter. You will often find her playing with the other children or just enjoying being near her mom, dad or grandmothers.

I have lived in this neighborhood for a long while. Tillie’s is the first new and thriving business I've seen. Unfortunately, there are individuals that do not share our sense of neighborhood pride and shared responsibility.
Tillie's has been subject to vandalism and a break-in. These acts took place late at night. Everyone in the neighborhood should help to safeguard and protect this wonderful asset. If we all keep a watchful eye and report anything that looks or feels suspicious, then, hopefully, Tillie's may be a mainstay in our neighborhood for generations to come.
