		Powderhorn Birdwatch letter of the month Dear John– I’ve been meaning to write you for months now. I actually have an ongoing letter to you on my computer. I wanted to get this letter out quickly though asto not forget this spectacular bird show in Powderhorn Park this afternoon.From two-thirty on, hundreds of crows on the island flying back and forth from each side—I stopped walking right when the Coopers Hawk swooped down in front of me to wrestle with a Crow mid-air—the Hawk continued toperform with Crows for quite some time. I did not bring my binocs! (the only time) Amazing!! My mouth was literally open for seconds on end!!
