Ron Paul revolution
Are you ready?

“Raising the Banneer” is the signature painting and title of the exhibit by Geli Korzhev at the Museum of Russian Art, accross the broken bridge at Diamond Lake Road and Stevens Avenue, which runs through January 6. To See full review of the exhibit click here
People in the peace movement who want to send a message to Washington about stopping the wars in Iraq, Afghanistan and Iran have two alternatives: either caucus with the Democrats for Kucinich or caucus with the Republicans for Ron Paul. Caucusing with the Green Party is a third alternative, and that will be discussed later.
At this point the presumptive nominee of the Democratic Party is Hillary Clinton. Her position on the war in Iraq is that we will continue to be involved militarily there for at least the next four years. Plan Mexico, not so new

In Mexico, it’s a case of “close the doors, they come in the windows.” Even as “The Merida Initiative” (NewSpeak for “Plan Mexico”, a rehash of the “failed” “Plan Columbia”) is being debated in the Mexican congress, the invasion of Mexican territory has already begun.

New rules broaden
dangerous pet definition

Proposed changes to the Minneapolis city code will make it more difficult for residents to harbor pets that the law defines as dangerous to the public. In April of this year a dangerous animals ordinance work group was convened by City regulatory services in response to the near fatal dog attack on Minneapolis resident, Paula Ybarra. She was hospitalized in critical condition for several weeks in March after being bitten by her neighbor’s dogs, an American bulldog and a pit bull. Ybarra’s throat and vocal cords were torn during the attack.

Shop Green, online

Last month in the Save the Planet column I wrote that Buying Local/Buying Green is a great way to support the local economy while patronizing vendors who have established green practices.

In that article I gave ideas for holiday shopping from local merchants whose products are earth-friendly and locally owned and/or produced.
